Guangxi Cummins Industrial Power Co., Ltd. (GCIC for short) is the first enterprise in China invested by Cummins Inc., the world's largest independent diesel engine manufacturer, dedicated to producing construction machinery engines. The photovoltaic system of this project has a capacity of 4.707MW, opting for a 10kV grid connection to the 10kV busbar of the Cummins Central Switching Station. The photovoltaic system adopts a model of self-generation and self-consumption, with excess power being fed back to the grid. It is connected to the grid at the user side, where priority is given to using the photovoltaic system's electricity, with any surplus being transmitted to the public grid.
