The AT900 series transformer online monitoring system consists of basic units such as oil dissolved gas analysis unit, transformer oil water content detection unit, transformer partial discharge monitoring unit, iron core grounding current monitoring unit, on load tap changer control monitoring unit, and transformer winding fiber temperature monitoring unit. All units can be used individually or in combination with other units; And it can be connected to the backend system through the IEC61850 communication protocol. The powerful intelligent analysis software in the backend can provide functions such as over limit alarm, historical data query, and future trend analysis, thereby providing effective basis for customers to implement transformer condition based maintenance (CBM). According to the regulations of State Grid Corporation of China Infrastructure [2011] No. 58, starting from 2011, new substations with a voltage of 110kV or above must be equipped with transformer status monitoring equipment.
