ABCS-1000 Series New Energy Grid-connected Control System

    详细说明

    Overview
This system is applicable to distributed photovoltaic power generation, enabling the information acquisition and operational control required for distributed photovoltaic power generation. The system consists of a protection and measurement control device, a power quality online monitoring device, an electric meter, and an intelligent communication device. The system is generally installed at the 10kV grid connection point; for users with a voltage level of 10KV or above and an internal photovoltaic power generation system connected to the grid at 380V, the system will be installed at the incoming line switch position. The system integrates protection (three-level composite voltage blocking overcurrent protection, one-level zero-sequence overcurrent protection, overload protection, anti-islanding protection, two-level undervoltage protection, two-section overvoltage protection, two-level underfrequency protection, two-section overfrequency protection, reverse power protection), measurement and control, and power quality monitoring functions; it also has protocol conversion, remote control, and information encryption capabilities; it establishes communication between the photovoltaic operation monitoring master station/dispatching master station and distributed photovoltaic power generation equipment. It uploads remote signals, telemetry, electrical degrees, power quality, and other data to the master station (photovoltaic operation monitoring master station and dispatching master station), receives remote control and remote dispatching commands from the master station, forwards remote control and start/stop commands to the inverter controller, and receives relevant remote signals sent by the photovoltaic inverter controller. Depending on the actual communication conditions, communication between the master station and the grid-connected control system of the distributed photovoltaic power station can be achieved through optical communication or other types of converters, using IEC60870-5-104 or other communication protocols.
