Overview
The ADVP-600 series integrated protection and monitoring device for power plants and stations is a high-performance device that integrates protection, measurement, control, and communication. It is primarily suitable for the protection and monitoring of power systems in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises.
The ADVP-600 series products include protection, measurement, and control devices for main transformers, motors, capacitors, lines, and other equipment, primarily suitable for 110kV and below power transformation and distribution stations. This series of products is available in English version.
Key Features:
1. The device adopts a fully enclosed chassis with a sealing level of IP20, strictly separating strong and weak electricity. At the same time, the highly reliable hardware and software redundancy design endows the device with strong anti-interference performance.
2. Friendly human-machine interface, Chinese character display, and fully menu-driven operation.
3. The transmission test function allows for a linkage inspection of the outlet circuit.
4. Perfect self-checking function for both software and hardware. If any abnormality is detected, the exit will be locked and an alarm signal will be sent, displaying the fault content.
5. The online monitoring and recording function can display various protection and measurement parameters, such as current, voltage, switch status, etc. It can permanently store the latest 32 sets of accident records, the latest 256 sets of event records, and the latest 256 sets of operation records, up to 8 fault recording reports, and for motor protection, there are also the latest 8 start-up record reports.
6. It possesses the function of distributed fault recording and can facilitate the remote transmission of fault waveforms.
7. The communication network adopts Ethernet interfaces and can also support two independent RS485 interfaces.
8. The communication interface of the device can be directly connected to the integrated automation system, or connected to the communication management machine to form a communication network, achieving the "four remotes" function. It supports the communication protocol of the electric power industry standard DL/T667-1999 (IEC60870-5-103 standard).
9. All protection functions (including non-electricity protection) can be individually selected for export modes and have soft pressure plate activation/deactivation options.
Four sets of fixed values can be set to adapt to various operating conditions.
10. The outlet operation circuit has an anti-trip function, which can automatically adapt to the magnitude of the tripping and closing currents.
11. The electrical degree can be selected between external pulse input and automatic calculation. It can provide two-channel 4~20mA DC analog output to achieve transmitter functionality.
12.11 The custom switch input can be used as non-electricity protection or as a common telecommand signal.
