DVP-6000N series digital protection and monitoring device

    详细说明

    Overview
The DVP-6000N series digital protection and monitoring device is primarily designed to monitor and protect various low-voltage primary equipment ranging from 0.4kV to 35kV. It is an intelligent device that integrates protection, measurement, control, and communication, and is mainly suitable for the protection and monitoring of power plants, substations, and auxiliary power systems in industrial and mining enterprises. This series of products can not only be collected into a group panel or cabinet, but also installed locally in a switchgear.
    Product Features:
    1. Advanced digital signal processing technology.
    2. The highly reliable hardware and software redundancy design endows the device with strong anti-interference performance.
    3. The LCD display supports switching between Chinese and English, with fully menu-driven operation and continuous decimal setting. The standard for the LCD display is 128*64 dot matrix, but a 240*160 dot matrix is also available. Using a 240*160 dot matrix LCD display also allows real-time display of AC simulation waveforms and main wiring diagrams. (Please specify in the order)
    4. The transmission test function can be executed to inspect the outlet circuit linkage.
    5. Complete software and hardware self-checking function. Upon detecting any abnormalities, it will lock and exit, send an alarm signal, and display the fault.
    6. The online monitoring and recording function can display various protection and measurement parameters, such as current, voltage, active power, reactive power, power factor, switch state, 2nd to 23rd harmonic measurements, and total harmonic distortion (THD), etc.
    7. High-reliability and high-capacity FLASH memory is used for permanently storing a large amount of device event and operation records, and can also store 10 times the recent fault record data, with each record lasting from 4 to 10 seconds.
    8. The recorded data can be displayed on the device (using a 240*160 dot matrix LCD to display fault waveforms), or exported to a USB flash drive and displayed through Excel for fault analysis, making it more convenient.
    9. The communication port configuration is flexible. The communication port can be configured as dual Ethernet, dual RS485 interfaces, or one Ethernet interface with one RS485 interface. A single Ethernet interface is the standard configuration.
    10. All protection functions (including non-electrical protection) can be manually selected for deactivation, and there are soft belts for both use and disuse.
    11. All usernames can be redefined according to the drawings.
    12. Four sets of fixed values can be set to accommodate various operating conditions.
    13. This device is equipped with a USB interface, allowing for self-updating of programs. Additionally, it can export device parameters, protection settings, SOE events, operation records, device information tables, and fault record data via a USB flash drive. The exported data can be modified in terms of device parameters and protection settings, and then imported back into the device through the USB flash drive. This eliminates the need to enter menu settings for each device, significantly reducing the workload.
    14. This device features multiple functional modules, including input/output expansion, operation circuits, DC analog input, 4-20mA DC analog output, temperature resistance measurement, etc. It can be configured into protection and monitoring devices with various functions to meet the needs of multiple industries.
