Project Name: Beijing XX Children's Hospital (Pharmaceutical Factory) Box Transformer and Distribution Room Renovation Project

Project cycle: started in August 2013 and ended in February 2014.

Project background: Beijing XX Children's Hospital (Pharmaceutical Factory) is located in Shunyi District, Beijing. It belongs to the business model of front yard and back yard, and has several outpatient and inpatient departments as well as various drug production workshops. Due to the need to increase power capacity for expanding business, as well as the long service life and aging equipment of the existing distribution room, it has been decided to build a new set of transformer boxes and update the equipment in the distribution room.

Project scope:

1. Build a new set of transformer box and handle the procedures for transformer capacity expansion and power supply and consumption

2. Equipment update in the distribution room

Project achievements:

1. Create a new set of transformer boxes.

2. Construction and installation of transformer foundation

3. Live construction of 10kV high-voltage overhead lines

4. Construction of cable conduit crossing the road and topping the conduit between the pole and the transformer box

5. Installation of high-voltage cables

6. Acceptance, rectification, and power transmission by the power supply department

7. Relocation of existing box transformer cables to new box transformers and construction of new circuit cables

8. Change the original 10 fixed low-voltage distribution cabinets in the distribution room to 7-GCK cabinet type drawer cabinets, add a backend system, a low-voltage cabinet contact temperature measurement system, and a simulation screen to the distribution room
