Project Name: Central Control Center of Inner Mongolia Mining Co., Ltd
Project cycle: started in April 2013 and completed acceptance in August 2013
Project Background: Inner Mongolia Mining Co., Ltd. is located in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. In order to standardize internal management, carry out information construction, enhance power supply reliability, ensure orderly power supply for the entire mine production, achieve power information sharing among stations, strengthen management and unified scheduling of each substation, the mining company has proposed the need to build a centralized control center.
Project scope: The mining company has three 66kV substations and one 10kV distribution room. The construction requirements for the centralized control center are to upload real-time data from the 1 # and 2 # 66kV central transformers and 10kV distribution to the 3 # 66kV central substation. The 3 # 66kV substation will be built as the centralized control center for the entire mine, achieving four remote functions for other stations. In addition, a set of video surveillance system and a set of inter station telephone communication system will be installed to achieve remote viewing and communication functions.
Project achievements:
a) A total of 25 cameras have been installed at different locations in various factories and stations of the mining company, which can provide real-time video monitoring of each station and upload the video monitoring information to the 3 # 66kV central substation.
b) Complete remote control, video playback, configuration maintenance and other functions of the video system.
c) Complete the installation and commissioning of telephone systems for the 3 # 66kV central substation and three other substations.
d) Implemented real-time data collection and processing, alarm processing, data reporting and curve, electric energy processing and other functions for each station
e) It has achieved functions such as panoramic display of each station, equipment ledger management, real-time three-dimensional remote signal displacement display, real-time remote measurement display of three-dimensional space signs, linkage between three-dimensional display system and video monitoring system, and real-time data publishing on the intranet.
