Project Name: Hunan Chenzhou Linwu Jiuze Water 80MW Wind Power Generation Project
Project cycle: Starting from November 2021 and ending in December 2021.
    Project scope:
This project includes the 110kV booster station primary frequency regulation system and AGCAVC system of the 80MW wind power generation project in Jiuze River, Linwu, Hunan Province. The primary frequency regulation system is one of the first projects in Hunan Province.
    Project achievements:
The Hunan Linwu Jiuze Water 80MW wind farm is located in Jiuze Water Village, Linwu County, Hunan Province, with a total installed capacity of 80MW and 27 wind turbines.
The power control system (AGC) and automatic voltage control system (AVC) of the 80MW wind farm in Jiuze Water, Linwu, Hunan Province were installed and debugged by Beijing Aode Weite Electric Power Co., Ltd.
During the project debugging period, it was discovered that the comprehensive automation manufacturer's remote control device IEC-104 protocol had deficiencies in data processing capabilities for remote adjustment and control, which resulted in the AGCAVC system being unable to correctly obtain the provincial company's AGC power generation instructions and control instructions, as well as the target voltage instructions and control instructions of the city company's AVC main station. Odewete is an on-site debugging engineer who has the ability to proficiently analyze and handle commonly used power dispatch protocols such as IEC-104. He cooperates with the chief engineer and R&D engineer of the manufacturer to conduct on-site testing and ultimately solves the problem, receiving unanimous praise from the manufacturer, owner, and power dispatch department.
