    详细说明

Project cycle: Starting from November 2022 and ending in April 2023.
    Project scope:
This project includes the AC/DC power supply system, image monitoring and security guard system, AGC/AVC control system, primary frequency regulation system, electric energy metering system, electric energy quality management, secondary security system, communication system, program-controlled switch, and other security evaluation for the 220kV booster station of Liping Dajia Station.
    Project achievements:
The Dajiaping Ge Shui Guang Complementary Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Liping County is located in Dajia Township, Liping County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. The total planned installed capacity is 100MW, all of which are monocrystalline silicon solar modules. Adopting a segmented power generation and centralized grid connection scheme. Due to limited local power consumption capacity at the construction site, the project is connected to the Hunan power grid.
The uniqueness of this project lies in the fact that the Dajia 220kV station and the Jiuchao 110kV photovoltaic station constructed by our company are jointly connected to the higher-level 500kV centralized control station. The State Grid only dispatches to the higher-level 500kV station, and Jiuchao Dajia station, as a sub station of the photovoltaic base constructed by the owner, uploads data from this station and executes dispatch commands forwarded by the higher-level station. Due to the rarity of this scheduling method, the project encountered many problems during construction, such as forwarding network security monitoring information of sub stations, distributing AGC/AVC scheduling data, and building networks between stations. Our company actively cooperated with the owner and closely communicated with the Central China Network Dispatch and Hunan Provincial Dispatch. After multi-party coordination, the project has built a network security monitoring platform at the 500kV station, with sub stations equipped with Type II network installation devices; Construct an AGC/AVC system main station at the centralized control station, which will uniformly receive dispatch data and allocate it to sub stations; The main station and sub stations were connected via an internal network, and were finally approved by the power grid company for successful grid connection as planned.
