1. Strictly control the entire production process and accept user participation in the supervision of key production processes. We have dedicated personnel responsible for arranging the work of receiving users' dispatched supervisors.

2. During the product delivery process, the work content of after-sales service personnel includes product handover, unpacking inspection, quality issue handling, on-site installation guidance, and participation in performance acceptance testing. They are responsible for conducting technical disclosure to relevant personnel before installation and commissioning, and shall not leave the project site until the product is put into operation.

3. If required by the customer, the company will provide training on product operation and maintenance technical issues according to actual needs.
