         Beijing XX children's Hospital (pharmaceutical factory) box transformer substation and power distribution room upgrade project

        August 2013 - February 2014

Project Background:

        Beijing XX children's Hospital (pharmaceutical factory) is located in Shunyi district of Beijing. The hospital is constructed in the layout of outpatient department and inpatient department in the front part while pharmaceutical factory and other factories in the back. Due to increased business, the hospital needs to increase its power capacity. Besides, the existing distribution room had been in operation for years, the aged devices need to be replaced. For this reason, the hospital decides to install a new set of box transformer substation, and replace the aged equipment in the distribution room.

Project Scope:

        1.install a new set of box transformer substation; go through for transformer capacity expansion and power supply procedures

        2.device upgrade for Distribution Room

Project Results:

        1.a set of new box transformer substation installed

        2.foundation construction and installation of box transformer substation

        3.10kV high voltage overhead line construction

        4.pipe-jacking construction and road crossing construction of the pole to box cable pipe

        5.high voltage cable installation

        6.acceptance by related power supply administrative department, rectification, power supply.

        7.connect original box transformer station cable to the new box transformer station, and construct a new loop cable

        8.replace the 10 plane fixed low voltage distribution cabinet with 7 plane GCK drawer type cabinets in the distribution room; add a background system, LV cabinets contact temperature measurement system, one analog screen in the distribution room
