3D visualized management system for Jianyang Power Supply Bureau

Project background: In order to promote technology and management development of China’s power industry, State Grid Corporation of China has issued its Science and Technology Project Management Measures. This project is the scientific research project of Ziyang company affiliated to Sichuan Electric Power Company in 2012, aimed to research on the application of 3D visualization in city power network.

Project scope: take 110kV Jianyang substation of as pilot substation; and make3D model for Xinshi substation and Shili Ba Substation. Take the looped network composed by Jiankai I line, Jiankai II line, Nangong line, Jianlin II line as the pilot line, which covers overhead lines and underground cables and meets the requirements of the scientific research projects.

Project results:
     1). the construction of two-dimensional WebGIS system
     2). the construction of 3D visual display system
     3). visualization of assets accounting management system construction
     4). construction of distribution network resource management system
     5). interface with the SCADA system to achieve the binding of real-time data and targeted 2D and 3D facilities and to realize visual display
