Project Background: In condition of normal production, the electricity load of XX company in Inner Mongolia is 29 MV, among which 25 MW is supplied by internal power generator and 4 MW from external power supply. In case of power outage resulted from external grid, there will be 4 MW power supply gap, thus the grid voltage and frequency will decrease seriously, bring significant economic losses. This project is carried out to solve this problem.
Project Scope:
1) factory grid analysis and simulation of control strategy
2)build safe and stable control system
Project results:
1) ETAP computer simulation technology is adopted for system modeling analysis. The system model is composed by static model and dynamic model. The static model consists of power supply, power generation, load and all the connected devices. The dynamic model includes the generator model, the generator power system and speed control system model, the generator voltage control and excitation system model, the main motor and mechanical load model, etc. The protection device value settings on current, voltage, power, frequency and so on for quick or delay act are also included in the dynamic model.
2) Construct one set of safety and stability control system, including stability control cabinet installation and cable wiring in 110kV main control station 301, 10kV load shedding acquisition station 201, 10kV load shedding acquisition station 302, 10kV load shedding acquisition station 303, and 10kV load shedding control substation 304.
