DC Power Supply System
Introduction:
AGZDW series high frequency switching DC power supply panel is completely designed and manufactured by our company based on our years of experience in technical development and production management, in accordance with standards GB/T19826-2005 and DL/T 459-2002. As an essential power supply system for the power transformation and distribution, it is now widely used in substations and switching stations ranging from 500 KV to 10 KV, power plants with generating units ranging from 15MV to 60 MV, state key projects of various industries such as subway, oil field, chemical, and metallurgy industry. As DC power supply for loads such as control device, signaling device, and emergency lighting equipment under normal or failure conditions, it can be unattended, thence an ideal substitute for traditional DC power supply.
Features:
Highly intellectualized: the charger module uses the A series high frequency switching power supply with "four remote" functions which is especially designed for power system by our company. The power supply adopts the "dual loop controlled resonant switching power supply technology ", and has advantages of small size, light weight, high efficiency (more than 95%), and high reliability. We offer 3 series (220V, 110V and 28V) of products including dozens of varieties. All the products are equipped with standard RS-485 interface, which makes them easy to be connected with automatic charging system. The products are suitable for substations and switching stations of various voltage level ranging from 500 KV to 10 KV, power plants with generating units ranging from 15MV to 60 MV, state key projects in industries such as subway, oil field, chemical, and metallurgy industry. The charging process is in full compliance with the curve requirements for lead-acid batteries, and nickel-cadmium batteries. The system intelligently manages the charging of battery, and has temperature compensation function. The monitoring system is equipped with standard RS-232/485 interface, providing a variety of communication protocols which make it convenient to be connected with automation system, and open protocol which makes it easy to be networked, so as to realize "four remote" functions and to be unattended.
High Reliability - charging device uses a plurality of high frequency switch module in parallel; N + 1 hot backup; charging capacity can be expanded smoothly; good inter-module current sharing characteristics, the module supports charged hot swap (Note: should try to avoid loaded hot swap which may generate arc burning the input and output connectors of module). The integrated interface makes it convenient to change modules, thus improves the stability and reliability of the system. The main parts of the rectifier module and the monitor are all components of high reliability imported from foreign countries. High temperature aging and multi-level quality control are conducted before the products leave factory to ensure stability and reliability of operation.
Easy Operation – no sequence requirement for AC/ DC input and output, and for current up or down of bus switch; centrally-distributed monitoring system; Plug-and-Play bottom module (need to be set in the monitoring system), hot swap; convenient installation, maintenance and replacement.
Excellent display, alarm functions – fully functional monitoring; highly intelligent, large screen LCD display with Chinese characters (English display menu is available as well); touch screen; monitoring with sound and light alarm. Due to the adoption of high performance components, operation record and historical fault data would not be lost in case of power outages.
Excellent battery management - automatic battery management and maintenance; real-time monitoring of the terminal voltage of single battery and the charge/discharge current of assembled battery; detecting and recording discharge AH; automatic control of the switch between boost charge and float charge, and the regular boost charge for maintenance.
Automatic battery temperature compensation – with the battery temperature compensation function, temperature compensation coefficient can be set according to different types of batteries, to meet the different battery temperature compensation requirements of different brand, and to maximize battery life.
High efficiency, high power factor --- power supply full load efficiency > 95%; passive PFC technology is adopted; full load power factor > 0.92.
Voltage and current stabilizing with high precision - current accuracy less than 1%; the precision less than 0.5% ripple coefficient is less than 0.5%;
